Return & Refund Policy

At SERRE New York, we take great care in preparing each order. If for any reason your purchase does not meet expectations, please review the following policy.

Returns

We accept returns within seven (7) days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition in which they were received: unworn or unused, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@serrenewyork.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for completing the return.

Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Customers are required to inspect merchandise immediately upon delivery. If an item is received defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, the customer must notify SERRE New York in writing without unreasonable delay. Upon receipt of such notice, SERRE New York will evaluate the claim and, at its discretion, arrange for repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with this policy.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for non-tangible goods such as gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Customers who wish to obtain a different item must initiate a return in accordance with this policy. Once the return is approved, the customer may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise, SERRE New York will notify the customer of approval or denial of the refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within ten (10) business days. Please note that financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund. If more than fifteen (15) business days have passed since refund approval and funds have not been received, please contact us at info@serrenewyork.com.
